The ICA's Charitable Giving Program

The Annual Irvington Home Tour is the only source of funds received by the Irvington Community Association.  The primary use of these funds is contributions to various service and charitable organizations which enhance the quality of life for our neighborhood.  

The 2001 Home Tour netted approximately $17,500.  As of July, 2001, the following recipients were designated for over $11,000 of that amount:

• The Reading Tree

• Kinship House

• Sabin Elementary School Library

• Grant High School Graduation Night Party (an alcohol- and drug-free event)

• Hancock Street Preschool

• Loaves & Fishes

• NE Community Child Development Center

• Project Linkage

• Irvington Elementary School
