Shown in a 1909 drawing published in the Oregonian, this house was reported to have cost $10,000.

Harry P. Palmer was a prominent real estate developer, with many homes to his credit in Irvington.  If the architectural attribution is correct, this is one of Ellis Lawrence’s earlier designs.
