W. F. Zimmerman House

Both Walter and Floyd Zimmerman, co-owners of a successful steel service company, hired Emil Schacht to design homes in Holladay Park (now Sullivan’s Gulch).  Floyd’s house was demolished in the 1960’s.  This home has been significantly altered and has lost its balanced and well proportioned shape, but is still recognizable. 

The stone wall and original garage shown in the historic photograph are also still intact.
