One of the delights of this house is the expanded Inglenook, with its peaked, beamed ceiling and solidly Craftsman Style fireplace. As usual, built-in book cases flank the fireplace. All of the woodwork is beautifully figured flat sawn Douglas Fir, once common, but now nearly irreplaceable.
