A traditional Tudor style fireplace mantel carved from white oak and retaining its original art-tile surround is the highlight of the living room.  Just to the right in the photo is the cozy fire-side seat which hides a wood lift.  The fine area rug is by Christiana Millinger.  Light fixtures are original to the house.
