In this view of the kitchen, we see the original upper and lower cabinets which are still in use in the kitchen and pantry, though the drawers have been updated. The vintage stove? It also belonged to Roscoe Hemenway's sister Nellie, the home's first owner.  The new owners have even gone that extra mile by preserving Nellie's son's growth chart on the basement door, to the left of the stove out of the photo, right up to it's tragic conclusion at his untimely death.
