Diamond paned built-in cabinets in the dining room echo the similar door panels of the library.  The crystal chandelier lights up the formally set dining room table, while a more casual solarium dining area, with French doors along one wall, extends off in the center distance.  In the period of this homes construction, outdoor dining was considered more healthful, and many homes provided a place for it.
