Every house needs a third floor ballroom, and this one has it, but the owners decided to use this space for the largest billiard table you've ever seen... in this case an antique imported from Ireland.  How, you ask did they get this enormous piece of furniture up those twisty stairs from the second floor?  "Very carefully and with the help of a lot of friends", we were told.  When not hosting family tournaments, this space is also a children's' play area.
