What's being written about Irvington and its historic homes...

• The Summer, 2006, issue (#50) of American Bungalow Magazine featured two articles on Irvington Homes, one from the 2005 Tour and one from the 2006 Tour.  While its now off the news stands, back issues of the magazine are available.
• The Fall, 2006, issue of New Old House featured a recently restored home in Irvington.  It was one of our Tour homes in 2007?
• In 2006 two new books from well known designer and Craftsman Style expert Paul Duchscherer appeared with lots of photos of Irvington homes:
  • Beyond the Bungalow -- about Craftsman Style homes larger than the traditional small bungalow
  • Along Bungalow Lines: Creating an Arts and Crafts Style Home -- continues Paul's exploration of homes influenced by historic Arts & Crafts ideals
• An earlier book by Paul Duchscherer, Outside the Bungalow: America's Arts & Crafts Garden, which dates to 1999, has at least one photo of the garden of a home in Irvington
