Built-in linen cabinets with original hardware add texture to the second floor landing. The warm stained natural Douglas Fir cabinets fit with the sunny colors. |

Refinished doors and period hardware plus a unique marble aggregate counter top (another common Schacht feature) mark the original 1905 kitchen cabinets. Newer cabinets elsewhere in the kitchen were custom built to match these almost exactly. |
