Irvington? Where's That?

The Irvington Neighborhood is located in Portland, Oregon, on the east
side of the Willamette River. There are several, slightly
different, "official" designations of its boundaries, but for
general purposes, it includes a rectangular area bounded by 7th Avenue
on the west, Broadway on the south, Fremont Street on the north and 26th
Avenue on the east. Here's the map (scroll down for links to
